2. Subscription & Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay a fee of $4,995 per month, which grants you access to our Monthly Club. This subscription includes:

• Processing one design request at a time
• Unlimited stock photos
• Average 48-hour delivery per request
• Access for up to 2 users
• Unlimited brand support
• Full stack development support when needed
• Utilization of advanced tools and technologies (Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, TypeScript, etc.)

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Service Delivery

We commit to providing high-quality digital design services as described on our website. Although we strive for an average turnaround of 48 hours per request, actual delivery times may vary based on the complexity of your request and other factors.

You agree to provide clear and accurate information when submitting design requests to facilitate timely and satisfactory delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and digital assets created by made: by bleu remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment and subject to a separate agreement, ownership of the final deliverables may be transferred to you.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services responsibly and to provide any information or materials necessary for us to process your requests. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. In no event shall made: by bleu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services—including subscription fees, features, and terms—at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate, including Norway, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
